Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom or personalized items, including custom jewelry, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at aidesignermuseum@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your exchange or issue a refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item as soon as we receive and process your returned item.

  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference before the item is shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
